Well we made it to Portland in one piece!! Oregon was definitely the most beautiful state we have driven through so far. It has drastically different mountainous landscapes that are all breathtaking (pictured coming later). We drove in along the Columbia River and spotted several historic sites along the Oregon trail and Lewis and Clark. We finally got to our destination during daylight and got to see bits of the town. We are staying at a hostel and it is amazing! Everyone is so nice and has given lots of tips on where to go and what to see while we are here, so tomorrow we are going to be touring the city and doing lots of much needed hiking!!
